Emphasis is given on providing children practical knowledge along with theoretical knowledge . Due safety and health issues are taken care of during such practicals which involve various kind of Chemicals , Instruments and Science models during such practicals . Knowledge thus gained by children during these kind of practicals help them relating science to real world.

ICT Lab
We have eight computers in Information and Communication Technology lab which helps children get acquainted with the computers . Equipped with latest technology these computers helps in developing the brain of children which in turn helps them compete with rest of the world. In today's world no education is complete if one doesn't know how to use computers, thus with the help of ICT lab children are getting education as par international standards.
Edusat Lab
Edusat Lab is a Education library where students view projects of all subjects and also practice computer basics and fundamentals. There are 20 computers in edusat lab with new technology softwares and projects.
Use Of Projector
Projector is used for displaying projects to students and student's give good response after viewing the project CDs of different subjects due to better impact of technology on student's minds.
Math corner
Mathematics is a subject where students have to deal with numbers, variables and constants and it is very
interesting subject to be enjoyed and practiced in the maths lab.
Social science Corner
Social Science Lab contains various models, Flash cards , Maps, and charts . teachers regularly use it for teaching social science. To name some we have volcano model, Zoo model, different types of crops , monuments, etc.
Mid-Day-Meal Scheme
Mid day meal is prepared in school kitchen for students and it is provided to students in recess time.The main purpose of mid day meal programme are : protecting children from classroom hunger, increasing school enrollment and attendance also give better education and all facilities to students.Some economically poor parents does not fulfill the needs of their child. So, Govt. give them free books, uniforms, shoes, scholarship and mid day meal.
free Utensils are distributed to students . and students make proper queues while taking food.
Student Friendly Infrastructure
The class rooms are planned and well ventilated to provide an environment that is conducive to learning.

Morning Assembly
Girls in the school were given special Karate training as per the Government Guidelines. A competition was held at the end of training. All the participants were given refreshment of fruits. Harjit Kaur of tenth standard emerged as winner at the end and was given track suit as award.
