 Ardas Diwas

Ardas Diwas, a welcome initiative by school. Instead of farewell party school has decided to observe Ardas Diwas every year, so that children have blessings of Waheguru in their journey ahead. Everybody from head mistress down to children participated in the hour long event. Kirtan was performed  after completion of Sukmani sahib and true to religious traditions Langar was served.





Local folk artists telling children through their own very innovative way about the benefits of Iodized Salt. Which helps in developing brain and body of child.

Students join the course organizing by Sikh Missionary school .

Main Objects of the Organisation are :
  • To propagate the teachings of Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji among the whole humanity and to counter the influence of illiterate, pedantic, hypocrites posing as Gurus.
  • To prepare authentic literature on Gurbani interpretation, Sikh history and culture.
  • To encourage youngsters who have gone astray to re-establish their link with Sikhism.
  • To baptize all Sikhs with the Amrit of Guru Gobind Singh Ji and to encourage others to adopt Sikhism.
  • To train Nishkam Missionaries for propagating the Sikh Faith without leaving their occupations.
  • To enlighten the Sikh youth about their rich heritage and to safeguard them from drugs & other intoxicants.
  • To adopt the Values preached by Gurbani in Sikh society.                 Students
    gets good grades in sikh missionary final examination , certificates are distributed to them by Headmistress Smt. Amarjit kaur.
























Earth Day 

Earth Day is an annual event, celebrated on April 22, on which events are held worldwide to demonstrate support for environmental protection. It was first celebrated in 1970, and is now coordinated globally by the Earth day network and celebrated in more than 192 countries each year. Smt. Amarjit kaur headmistress of our school gives their precious views to students in Earth day, and also suggest the ways about how to save earth.

Biodiversity

Smt. Sunita Bhagat, Science Mistress sharing her knowledge regarding biodiversity with students. Preserving biodiversity has become one of the biggest challenges of the world.  Biodiversity can only be preserved if we, the students and teachers holding hands with all others, take steps on war footing.

                                                             
   No Tabacco day on 31 may 

Smt. Hardeep Kaur and Smt. Sunita Bhagat, Science Mistresses, discussed demerits of tobacco with students. They gave examples of a lot of drug addicted persons who have made a living hell out of their lives. How tobacco  harms the body and converts a normal person to a drug addict was mainly discussed by the teachers to make the students aware. 



 


                                 World Environment day-5th June

World Environment day is celebrated on 5th of june all over the world.  But due to holidays in the month of June Smt. Amarjit Kaur suggested to guide the students about World Environment day on 31st of may instead of 5th June. On this day Smt. Amarjit Kaur (Headmistress), Smt. Hardeep Kaur and Smt. Sunita Bhagat gave their precious views to students. They guided students to :-

*  Take care of plants
*  Plant more and more tress
*  Reduce CO₂ emission
*  Save energy
*  Save environment
* Participate more in ECO Club

S. Gurdeep singh gave their precious views regarding Raksha bandhan. Raksha bandhan is a festival of love between brother and sister. In this day sister tie a special thread on his brothers wrist and in return brother vows to protect her and gave some gifts and blessings .
